"Whether it's a gathering of friends and family or a quiet dinner alone, food is medicine. We all deserve to savor fresh, delicious ingredients that nourish both body and spirit."

"It all begins with a connection to the land and plants—when we honor the earth, we honor ourselves.”

Breakfast

Sauteed green breakfast bowl

I think one of my favourite breakfasts is a big bowl of nourishing goodness.

Just take a few handfuls of Kale, rainbow chard, a squeeze of lemon, and a clove of garlic. Chuck them in a frypan with a touch of butter and toss until they shine a brilliant green. Add an egg, your favourite protein and some flaxseeds or sunflower seeds and some fresh herbs to Garnish

Drink

GREEN JUICE

My favourite detox drink is a green juice. Simply place a cucumber, fennel, some kale, spinach, mint and parsley, lemon, ginger and (if you like things spicy) a chilli into a cold pressed juicer and viola you have the perfect detoxing green juice.

Dinner

Home made spinach and cheese rolls

A family favourite through the ages. Rainbow chard/silverbeet/spinach. They’re all the ingredient that shines in this dish. Don’t forget the delicious crunchy puff pastry.

For this recipe all you need is:

1 bunch of rainbow chard

1 egg

1 tub cottage cheese

1/2 lemon

250g grated cheese
